My experience with the shipment was pretty good, it came quickly from Germany and I didn't have to pay taxes or customs, the package, although I didn't think it would do anything special, it actually does a lot and is worth the money, the downside is that if it breaks, I don't know if it can be repaired or if i can replace it because when I asked some questions in the service I didn't get any answer....
I am using this unit daily on my shoulder and feet . Also very good for rashes . Battery could be a bit bigger but recharges fast

I procured the Dernox handheld pain relief Cold Lazer device about a month and a half ago and have been using it consistently. I can feel the differences in small increments, because I have suffered for years with a herniated disc in my neck and lower back, and I believe the healing process has begun. So far I am happy with this device
This is a miraculous device! The handset feels comfortable and sturdy. The screen is clear and the buttons work well. During operation the lights are strong and I can feel the heat on my skin. As far as I can tell everything is working as expected. The goggles that come with it are of decent quality. Overall the device works great as advertised.
Halipax healed my toes completely!! I jammed my toes a few weeks ago. I couldn’t walk straight bc of the injury. After placing it at level 5 for 20 min a few times, the pain is completely gone. I later hit my knee badly and used Helipax right away. Guess what?! No bruises or anticipated pain. I’ve been using on my cat at level 3-4 for 15 min daily to help with her itchy skin condition. She’s feeling better as well. I am very happy with the purchase.

Amazing device!! I have bad arthritis and have trouble with stiff joints and muscles sometimes. I’m rather young so my insurance won’t cover certain braces that would help. I decided to splurge on this since my dog was once paralyzed and had cold laser therapy done at the vet for several months. It had helped him walk again & I always noticed the difference once he had it done. While I’m sure this is no where near the professional capacity, I figured if all else, maybe it can help him from time to time. It’s been wonderful and money well spent. I also use it on my dog too and there is a difference with him as well! Love it!!
My favorite "easy-to-handle" healing tool! I love that I can control where the light goes, whether on my knees, neck or ankle; I can hold it to the exact right spot. What can take several visits to a practitioner, I work it at home, with fast results!

I wish it was cold laser only, with no tens. It only has 3 power levels, where the older version had 5. The lack of adjustability makes me very neutral in my response. If I could, I would return to find laser only.

I use Class IV laser in my practice so was expecting something not as effective and that’s what I got but…it does help with pain relief in pulsed mode
I have degenerative disc disease so I purchased this device to ease the pain and soothe the muscle. My therapist says that muscles are less tight since I have started to use cold laser therapy. I hope that it will help with the pain too
Tried continuously for a week. Did not notice any difference with my knee pain. Maybe I’m not using it properly. Please advise. Yhanks

I have used this healing product for two months now, 20 minutes x 3 on my neck. I had a serious accident when I was 17 years old and have had heavy pain in my neck and head since then. Now I am 81, and this wonderful equipment stops my aching neck pain immediately by using it in the morning, and the healing last for the rest of my day. Every morning I have to start medical treatment as explained above, and I am 100% sure that this infrared and cold laser-equipment helps me very much. It’s good quality, yet have to be careful if your country has tax charge for Chinese products, this increases significantly the price, the brand sells them selfs as a US company yet the products are shipped from China, do not recommend to purchase threw all theses companies on FB
