At Halipax, we want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and support your order after purchase.

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

  • All orders may be shipped in separate packages if needed. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States and to many international destinations.

Shipping Cost

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received.

  • Pre-orders are typically shipped within 25 to 30 days from the order date.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please note that national holidays may affect dispatch times.

Delivery Time

  • United States orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

  • International orders usually arrive within 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location, customs procedures, and local courier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, customs clearance, carrier delays, and holiday periods.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to make changes only before the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Courier services require a physical address.

  • Military addresses can be serviced through USPS only.

 Out-of-Stock Items

If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, your shipment may be delayed or sent in separate packages. If needed, our team will contact you with an update.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipment details.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will gladly assist in checking the shipment status with the carrier.

Lost Packages in Transit

If a package is significantly delayed or confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Duties and Taxes

  • Sales tax is included in the displayed product price where applicable.

  • For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's customs regulations. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. We declare the full value of all shipments and do not mark packages as gifts.

  • If customs charges are refused and the order is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipment.
