How long does shipping take?

- Tracking: Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 3 to 5 days of placing your order.
Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary due to peak seasons, public holidays, international customs delays, and stock availability.
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders.
What is Halipax's return policy?
You can easily return your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to easily monitor your order status here.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please double-check your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as automated emails occasionally get filtered there.
If you still cannot locate it, reach out to our Halipax support team, and we will happily verify your order and resend your details.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to local customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
Please note that these charges are determined by your country's local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Halipax does not cover, collect, or pre-pay these specific fees at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure checkout options. Halipax accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal.
For added flexibility, we also offer interest-free "Pay in 4" installment plans, alongside other secure local payment options that will automatically display during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if your package hasn't been dispatched yet, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately so we can correct it before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, Halipax is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
At that point, you will need to contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request a package redirection.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or my order is incomplete?
Please contact the Halipax support team immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the items you received.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure the correct products are sent your way.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand completely behind the quality of our products! All Halipax items are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty. If your device experiences any manufacturing defects or functional issues within the first 12 months of receipt, simply contact our support team, and we will arrange a hassle-free replacement for you.
Why can't I return used personal care items?
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on personal care devices that have been opened or used.
Because these items come into direct contact with the skin and body, accepting used returns would pose a cross-contamination risk. We enforce this policy to guarantee that every customer receives a brand-new, completely sanitary product.
Why are your products priced higher than similar items on other marketplaces?
We pride ourselves on providing only 100% authentic, high-quality devices.
The market is unfortunately flooded with cheap, aftermarket copies that use inferior materials, weak internal motors, and lack proper safety testing.
