    Thank you for shopping with Halipax (https://halipaxofficial.com). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both you and our team.


    1. RETURNS

    We understand that wellness preferences are personal, and experiences may vary. While many users find our products beneficial, results depend on individual use and lifestyle. If you have questions about incorporating wellness tools into your routine, please consult a trusted advisor.

    Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items may be lightly used but must be in pristine, like-new condition

    • Must include all original packaging, instructions, and accessories

    • No damage to outer boxes, broken seals, or visible wear (e.g., stains, pet hair, folded manuals, shipping labels)

    Returns are subject to third-party inspection. If the item is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return.

    Non-Returnable Items (if used/opened):

    Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

    • Facial Massage Devices

    • Beauty & Personal Care Devices

    • Cupping/Moxa Devices

    • Nebulizers

    • Terahertz Wellness Patches

    These may be eligible for store credit (at 20% off the original value) or warranty replacement only if unopened. Contact us to confirm eligibility before returning.

    To begin a return:

    1. Email us at admin@halipax.com within 14 days of delivery.

    2. Use our self-serve return portal: https://account.halipaxofficial.com

    3. Include proof of purchase.

    4. Do not send returns without approval.

    Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


    2. REFUNDS

    Once your item is received and passes inspection, we will notify you of your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    • Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking/disposal fee (waived for exchanges)

    • Refunds are not offered for lost, unclaimed, refused, or undelivered packages

    • If a customer refuses a package or fails to pay import duties, a refund may be denied


    3. DELIVERY CLAIMS

    If your tracking status says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

    • Allow 3–5 business days for possible delays or mis-scans

    • Then, contact the carrier to file a claim

    Halipax is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.


    4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If your refund hasn’t posted:

    • Check with your bank and credit card company

    • Refunds may take time to process depending on your institution

    5. CLEARANCE ITEMS

    Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


    6. EXCHANGES

    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, email us at admin@halipax.com.


    7. ORDER CANCELLATION

    You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. If you cancel after 4 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, a 6% cancellation fee will apply.


    8. GIFTS

    If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is received and approved. Otherwise, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.


    9. RETURN SHIPPING

    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. If shipping items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service with signature confirmation.

    We are not responsible for lost or unverified returns.

    Do not send returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
