HOW TO USE

Ensure the device is fully charged.
Fill the water tank (preferably with mineral water).
Adjust the eye wrap comfortably using the elastic strap.
Press and hold the Power/Spray button for 5 seconds to turn it on.
Tap the same button to adjust the steam intensity (2 levels).
Press the Heat & Intensity button to activate heat; tap again to toggle temperature.
The device will shut off automatically after 10 minutes.

This mask doesn't even conform to my face properly, this rendering it useless. The mask should fit snug to the face to avoid steam from releasing from it. It's also super uncomfortable. I wish I could return it but of course, you're unable to with this item. What a waste of $100.

I started using it December 7 twice daily. I only gave it 3 stars because: 1) it should have come with a syringe to squirt water through the tiny hole. The small water bottle that came with it is useless for this purpose. 2) Some day the rubber lid attached to the tiny hole is going to fall off and the whole thing will have to be replaced. 3) This was way overpriced. I paid $94.45 for it when Temu was selling it for $23 plus tax. 4) There is no brand name on it which suggests it might be an attempt to pass themselves off as genuine products of the brand owner. Temu doesn't have a brand name on theirs either. That said, if this product will resolve my medical eye issues, I will be promoting it to the doctors in my medical community.

I purchased this for my husband as he is prone to getting red bumps under his lid or on lash line. The MD told him to apply hot compresses to his eyes but that wasn’t working. My home is the warm humidity of this device would work. Unfortunately the fit is not right for his face and it’s uncomfortable. It take some Time to heat up and though I think it’s a safety feature it doesn’t warm the mist to help. A nice ideal but this was not a solution for our problem.

I like the features of the eye mask. The improvements would be that it were more comfortable to wear--it is very rigid. I also wish that the I could feel the heating more intensely. Otherwise, it is a good product.

This product is awesome! My husband has chronic dry eyes that get so bad, he often has blisters under his eyelids. His Eyes almost always hurt him. So when we saw these spa goggles we jumped on them. The first one we received was faulty, but Halifax was great to work with and sent us a new one that worked immediately. He wears them every night before bed and they have definitely helped his eyes retain moisture.
