I've had this neck pain for over a year now. Have tried physio, chiropractors, osteo...loads of money. I hoped this machine would resolve it. So far there has been little change..I will persevere. How often do they recommend you use the machine for blit to be beneficial, if at all? Please advise.

I can't thank you enough for this product! I've suffered with severe neck pain for over 20 years, after having a car accident. I've spent sooo much time and money on therapy, massage and chiropractors with absolutely no relief. We live in Indiana and had traveled to Alabama for 3 months. I bought this unit because they said that it gives you the same feeling as when your chiropractor is pulling on your neck from behind. IT DOES NOT. That being said, the shockwaves and heat work very well on this unit. And this DOES DO THE JOB as far as stretching and loosening up the neck. Overall I would recommend owning one.

Overall, I am satisfied with the device.
The "tens" option is a bit weak and I see no benefit using it at this point. I will continue to experimant with it.
The device does not stay flat, even on a hard floor surface, unless my legs are bent at a steep angle - perhaps better support at the neck area would be beneficial.
At least for me, the neck piece can be irritating at times and might bnenefit for a little more padding - a minor inconveneince.

I am a huge supporter of decompression and traction. I love the idea of having a machine that one can use at home. I would love for this item to have more of a traction/decompression. The set up is very subtle and doesn’t provide enough stretch that I personally would like.

If it wasn't for an ad that came up as I was going through social media, I wouldn't have bought this. My wife has 4 bulging disk in her neck and was in terrible pain. My wife is a RN and she works in a hospital. Lucky she was able to get a cat scan I believe to see what was causing the problem. We couldn't afford to go to a physical therapist, so was looking online and bought a few things on Amazon. It feels so helpless to watch your live one with the pain and still go to work. Of course I'm searching for something to buy to help her and Halipax came up and advertise Hypertrax. You know what I will give it a try. Once we got it and she got on it, she couldn't do the reaction part just yet. The heat and Tens Unit is a big plus. We have had it for about a month now and she has used all functions on the unit. She loves it and does it once a day sometimes twice a day. It has really helped a lot. Her bulging disk isn't gone yet but that machine helped a lot along with her exercises. What helped me buy Hypertrax was the video with the doctor and his wife. So thank you and I'll be ordering another unit for myself with power back issues.

I was very eager to try and see what it does to help align cervical spine. I am 53 and have struggled with the changes in my body, aches and pains have been life limiting. I used this after an adjustment from my chiropractor which I thought was perfect as my neck mobility was better than normal. The heat and stimulation are comfortable. The traction is gentle and supported by consistent pressure/pressure release. No doubt there’s relaxation of my neck and shoulders, my shoulders weren’t creeping up to my ears. Looking forward to experiencing the different settings. Highly recommended.

I have been using it for a few weeks . I have a really big neck and traps so it was hard to get adjusted at first . But I’m getting used to it more and more . I put the electric stims on different body parts and feel it the most on my chest . The only problem I had is when you have it on auto . The heat would get really hot I thought it was pinching the back of neck at first but realized it was the heat . Overall I really like it . Also it’s built pretty solid . When you are as big as me that’s a huge plus lol

So much more relaxing at home than it is at physical therapy. Personally I like this machine better because I can move around to get myself comfortable and don't have my forehead strapped down. I have more pain relief and it's already paid for itself using it only 4 times. Not to mention the time it saves driving to PT, being at the appointment and home in no less than 3 hours out of my day and this only takes 15 minutes. My husband started using it for his neck pain this week after hearing about how I'm feeling. Complete win!
