After placing the order tomorrow, I changed the delivery address, but unfortunately the emails did not help me with this and the product was sent to the first address I gave. I would like to ask for this to be corrected, please help. All the dates and information are recorded in the emails.

It’s uncomfortable and very difficult to handle the device by myself just some of my first days of using it

The neck traction has been very helpful in preventing pain on my neck. As soon as I feel pain incoming, I wear it for ten minutes and it goes away! I try to use it at least once a week. Thankful I found this device.
Looks nice and works fine . Just doesnt fit my neck well enough to get the proper decompression that I am needing . So I had to purchase yet another different device to use . So the money I spent on it was wasted.
Shipping was not good. No information or response from company after trying to contact multiple times. It was delayed, then returned, then just showed up one day a few weeks later. Terrible customer service
I can't believe how much it has helped me. It's no perfect cure but I've had it a little over a month . Has definitely helped with the bad neck and shoulder pain

- The local courier service very bad (ABX Express). System show stocks arrived waited 5 days they did not deliver. Call their call-centre (found their number from Google) 10 time, put me on hold for 15 minutes then hang-up. Went to their office and collect it myself
I have only used it a short time, however it does seem to provide relief from my neck issues. My only complaint is that I continue to receive texts daily informing me that it has shipped.
The biggest problem is that I am getting many, many, many shipping notifications every single day from many different numbers about this package being delivered soon evn though it was delivered a month ago! Can't stop the notifications!
