Irealky haven't used it yet. The directions it comes with don't tell you how to correctly use it.. It just shows you what the parts are and what they do. I emailed support, but they just send you the same video that is on the website about the parts and what it comes with it doesn't tell you how to use it

I think that the pen should bring a thorough explanation of how it works as my former pen was (hot) plasma pen . I ve used the ozone feature but suspect I need a conducter gel. It makes no sense that it has no instructions and that I m learning through trial and error on myself
