Step 1: Charge & Prepare
Fully charge the device (approx. 2 hours) before your first session. Remove the main unit from the charging pod.
Step 2: Activate
Remove the main unit from the charging pod and press the power button to activate the red light beam.
Step 3: Adjust Fit
Squeeze the cushions on both sides to adjust the distance between the nasal tubes.
Step 4: Insert
Align the two nasal tubes with the nostrils and insert them to a depth of 1 to 1.5 cm.
Step 5: Relax & Auto-Stop
Relax for the 5-minute session. The device will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of use. If you need to stop early, just press the stop switch on the controller.
