Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Halipax. We want you to love what you receive, and if something isn't right, we'll make it easy to return or exchange. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it, unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at admin@halipaxofficial.com within 30 days of delivery, and use our self-serve return portal at https://account.halipaxofficial.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a return address

Please don't ship anything back until your return is authorized, unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@halipaxofficial.com with photos and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund,  your choice.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Facial massage devices
  • Beauty and personal care devices
  • Cupping and moxa devices
  • Nebulizers and air purifiers
  • Wellness patches

Unopened items in these categories may still be returned within the 30-day window.

We also can't accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

6. Refunds

No restocking fees. Ever.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, please contact us at admin@halipaxofficial.com.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a free replacement — just contact us with photos.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase at no charge. After 4 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. Once shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.

9. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when an item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, in those cases, we cover it.

For items valued over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to confirm a corrected address. If we don't hear back within 7 business days, we'll refund the order minus original shipping costs.

11. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in line with EU consumer protection law. Items must still be unused and in original packaging.

12. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout, we'll issue a gift credit once the return is received and approved. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
