It is fantastic, it has worked very well and has helped me more than I ever expected! Very well made. The only downside is that it's a little uncomfortable, but I doubt you can stop that from being an issue without adding possibly considerable costs to the device.

I have been suffering from cervical pains for a year. I tried the Cervitrax™ Gen-2 Neck Traction Collar a few times, but it only made my pains worse.
Today, I am in hospital where I went under surgery on my C4-C5 vertebrae.
Please don’t understand me wrongly. I am by no means saying that the Cervitrax did this to me. I was trying to g it to relieve my pains.
I will try it again after my convalescence, if I get the approval of my doctors.

I wish I had found this product years ago! Over a 3-year period, degenerative and bulging C5-C7 discs made it nearly impossible to sleep. My fingers, hands and arms were painfully numb and tingling. Physical therapy was no longer providing any relief.
I found this home retraction device online and chose it over a competing model that employs a strap around the head. I had previously tried the head strap device and it caused me a headache. This unit is comfortable and easy to use. It provided me instant relief and the relief lasts for several hours after each use.
I now use the device 3 x per day for about 10-minutes at a time. A session just before I go to bed allows me to sleep for about 5 hours before the tingling returns. Five hours of straight sleep is huge when you haven’t slept more than an hour at a time for 3 years.
A couple of tips that I have learned through trial and error:
1. Crank it up incrementally. Don’t try to go full height initially.
2. Use deep breathing exercise while using the device. Inhale deeply for 3 full seconds, hold your breath for 3 seconds, then slowly exhale for 4 seconds. Deep breaths gently extend and contract the spine.
3. Gradually add air pressure. Don’t inflate it all at once.
4. Gradually crank up the side screws and air pressure while continuing deep breathing exercises. Total session time: 10 minutes.
5. Release the air pressure before undoing the side and neck turn screws.
The only thing that I would recommend as an improvement is to provide an air pressure release button on the controller. This would allow some incremental pressure decrease so that you could cycle the air pressure up and down. As currently designed, the only way to release air pressure is to disconnect the controller and press the pressure relief valve.
In summary, this product works as advertised. It appears to be well-constructed and durable. I highly recommend it.

A couple of back we received Cervitrax Gen-2 Neck Traction Collar for my wife. she has problem het C6 and C7 section. What we experienced is the size is big and it's not tracting properly as it is supposed to. We would like to have availability in various sizes so customers can choose as per the physio's recommendation. Foe us , its useless.

Had severe pain in going from my neck down my right arm due to a neck vertebrae pinching a major nerve bundle. Was going to get spinal shot to help with pain, but wearing neck brace twice a day for 10 minutes on full traction completely eliminated pain. I cancelled surgical procedures until needed. I found it hard to get on as the leather flips over top of the notch you need to snap in place. It does good at stretching, but have found even at the shortest setting is too tall for me. It sits on the outside of the jaw instead of under it putting pressure where it should not be : not one size fits all

I was skeptical at first, but after trying a few times I have to admit it is a very useful, well designed, well built device, and it was worth its price. Produced very satisfying clicks in my neck and released a pressed nerve that has been bugging me for the last 8 years.
The only feedback I have, as a tall person (195cm) I wish they would add maybe a couple more steps to the rack for extra tall people like myself. I feel I could benefit from more stretching than the device can currently provide.
If there is ever a gen3 for this product, I would love to try it.

It works ok. Sometimes the air bladder won’t fill and sometimes it won’t empty. This cervical traction device came in a very non-descript package. No name brand or badging or directions for that matter.
It is fairly comfortable and does help relieve neck pressure

It does the job of stretching the neck safely, but its size runs large for me. I’m 5’ 3.5”, I do have a long neck, but I can only turn the lifting dials ½ turn. I like that I can sit or stand or even move around upright to do other things during my 20 minute stint in the device. My rehab therapist had suggested I get a neck stretcher of some kind.

I had 3 bulges in my spine, I have been to at least 40 different chiropractors. Many would give me treatment plans up to 7-10,000 dollars for a couple months plan. That entailed adjustments, red light therapy, and Decompression sessions. Since I had already been doing the adjustments for 4 years. I decided to purchase things I can do at my house. I purchased first one you lay down and it lifts your neck. Had to go back to chiropractor because it was getting the spot of relief. She said because of where the bulge was it was not able to stretch in the right way. Then I saw this neck brace and it was similar to how they stretched me in office.. I purchased it. I took ages to buy cervitrax, I thought it was a common neck traction stuff, just more expensive, but at the end of summer I was very painful and so I decided myself to buy it… and things changed I used just 20 minutes every day and already at the first week it got better and better, no pain and no headache due to cervical issues.
